Free shipping within India
We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
Order processing and dispatch
Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
For customised pieces, additional time may be required to create the garment to your specifications. Customised orders are usually dispatched within 15–20 business days, depending on the nature and level of customisation.
If your order requires more time than expected, our team will keep you informed.
Delivery timelines
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier partner's serviceability.
The estimated delivery date shared by the courier is only an estimate and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, operational delays, or remote-area service limitations.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details on your registered email address or phone number.
Shipping address
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and email address are correct at the time of placing the order. Amogh Atelier will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made if the order has not already been processed or dispatched.
Delivery attempts
Our courier partner may attempt delivery more than once. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, any additional shipping charges for re-dispatch may be borne by the customer.
Customised orders
Customised pieces are created especially for you. The dispatch timeline for these orders depends on the design, fabric availability, alterations, and level of customisation required.
Please share all measurements, preferences, and customisation details carefully before confirming your order, as changes may not be possible once production has begun.
