We offer garments and fashion products through our website. The products and services displayed on the website are offered subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or are using the website with the involvement and consent of a parent or lawful guardian.
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • You are authorised to use the payment method selected at checkout.
  • All information you provide, including your name, delivery address, email address, and phone number, is accurate and complete.

We do not require customers to create an account to make a purchase. However, you are responsible for ensuring that all details provided during checkout are correct.

Product information and availability
We make every effort to display our products, colours, fabrics, measurements, and descriptions as accurately as possible.

However, colours may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, photography, lighting, and fabric batch. Minor variations in colour, texture, weave, embroidery, print placement, finish, or measurements are natural characteristics of handcrafted, made-to-order, or fabric-based products. Such reasonable variations will not be considered manufacturing defects.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a product, or update product details at any time.

Please review the product description, size guide, fabric details, and care instructions carefully before placing an order. If you need help with sizing or product details, please contact us before placing your order.

Personal-use purchases
Products purchased from Amogh Atelier are intended for personal use only. You may not purchase products for commercial resale, export, or distribution without our prior written permission.

Customised and made-to-order pieces
Customised, altered, made-to-measure, and made-to-order pieces are created especially for you.

By confirming a customised order, you confirm that all measurements, colour preferences, design details, and other instructions shared by you are accurate. Once production or customisation has begun, changes or cancellation may not be possible.

Minor variations arising from handmade processes, fabric availability, dye lots, embroidery, or design execution are part of the nature of customised garments and will not be considered defects.

Customised, altered, made-to-measure, and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for size or colour exchange, except where there is a genuine manufacturing defect or the item differs materially from the confirmed order details.

A delay in providing measurements, confirming customisation details, completing payment, or responding to a query from our team may extend the stated dispatch timeline.

Pricing, payment, and promotions
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown at checkout.

Amogh Atelier accepts prepaid orders only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Orders are processed only after full payment has been successfully received and verified. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Amogh Atelier does not store complete debit-card, credit-card, bank-account, UPI, or other payment-card details.

You agree to use only a payment method that you are legally authorised to use. If a payment fails, is declined, reversed, or appears unauthorised or fraudulent, we may cancel or place the order on hold.

We make every effort to ensure that prices and product information are accurate. However, technical, typographical, pricing, or product-description errors may occasionally occur. If this happens, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or refuse the affected order before dispatch.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without prior notice. Some offers may have separate terms and conditions. Where those promotional terms conflict with these Terms & Conditions, the promotional terms will apply.

Order confirmation and acceptance
After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication channel. This confirms that we have received your order; it does not mean that the order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted only when payment has been successfully received, the order has been processed, and it has been prepared for dispatch.

We may refuse, cancel, or request additional information about an order where:

  • A product is unavailable
  • There is a pricing, stock, product, or payment error
  • The payment is unsuccessful, unauthorised, or appears suspicious
  • The delivery details are incomplete, inaccurate, or not serviceable
  • The order appears to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms & Conditions
  • We are unable to fulfil the order for operational, legal, or other reasonable reasons

If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the eligible amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Cancellations or changes can only be considered if the order has not been processed, customised, or dispatched. Once a customised or made-to-order piece has entered production, cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping and delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders within India.

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Customised orders are generally dispatched within 15–20 business days, depending on the nature and level of customisation required.

Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your location and the serviceability of the courier partner. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, operational delays, remote-area service limitations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking details will be shared with you once your order has been dispatched.

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, contact number, and email address at checkout. Amogh Atelier will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incomplete or inaccurate delivery details.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, any re-dispatch charges may be borne by the customer.

Return and exchange policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered, except where required under applicable law.

An exchange may be considered only where:

  • The garment has a size issue
  • The garment has a genuine manufacturing defect
  • You have received an incorrect item

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Please share your order number, clear photographs of the garment, and a brief description of the concern.

To be eligible for an exchange, the garment must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by Amogh Atelier.

Size and colour exchanges are subject to availability. If you choose another available colour in the same style, any price difference will be communicated before the exchange is confirmed. If the replacement piece is of a higher value, the difference must be paid before dispatch. No refund will be issued where the replacement piece is of a lower value.

Garment care disclaimer
Amogh Atelier will not be responsible for any change in the colour, texture, finish, or appearance of a garment resulting from washing, dry-cleaning, ironing, or other care processes.

Please follow the care instructions provided with each garment to help preserve its quality and finish.

Your use of our website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the website in a fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful manner
  • Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the website
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems, or data
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or collect website content without permission
  • Upload, transmit, or share harmful, offensive, unlawful, or infringing content
